Let's Help the Port Aransas Animal Shelter! #HurricaneHarvey

If you've followed our DogTipper blog, you know that one of our very favorite beach destinations with Irie and Tiki is Port Aransas. At least twice a year, we head to this town of just over 4,000 residents and enjoy a stay at A Laughing Horse Lodge, meals at the many dog-friendly patio restaurants in town, and hours on the beach.
Port Aransas was badly damaged by Hurricane Harvey--so we're having a special fundraiser this Labor Day weekend on PawZaar!
Port Aransas is home to a charming city shelter located right by the visitors' center, positioned perfectly to greet everyone when arriving via ferry. In advance of the storm, the shelter was able to safely place all their animals with Austin Pets Alive and rescues in San Antonio to find forever homes. Now the shelter, damaged by the storm, will be used to help lost and injured pets that remain on the island.
We want to help. Through Labor Day, 100 percent of the proceeds from every PawZaar sale will go to help the City of Port Aransas Animal Shelter! Let's help this small town get back on its paws once again!
